Beautiful room, surronded by stunning golf course plus staff & food excellent

Great view & nice terrace

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful trip to Bulgaria and all really enjoyed it, many thanks for all your help and the extremely efficient organisation. All the courses were excellent and Thracian Cliffs was incredible, the staff at all the courses were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Your drivers were always punctual and enthusiastic, the only slight hiccup was they had the wrong name at the airport, but that was soon resolved.
A few comments which have nothing to do with BGT but might be helpful.

1. The hotel was very well appointed, the rooms were exceptional and the food was generally good. The quality of the wine better than expected for all inclusive. The hotel and resort area, however, is probably better suited to youngsters and families rather than elderly golfers.
2. The airline was not the best, the check in at Gatwick was understaffed and slow and did not know where to send the golf clubs for loading, which caused considerable confusion. On the flight , they ran out of tea and coffee before everyone was served and the stewardesses were less than friendly.

However, none of this spoiled our trip and I would have no hesitation in recommending BGT to others and I am sure we will return again some time in the future. One final thought, we organised an excursion for ourselves on the Thursday, it might make sense for BGT to provide such an option.

We are safely returned from Bulgaria, where we had a great break.

Our thanks to Nadya for her professional and generous help throughout - she is a real asset to your office and someone whom we shall recommend without hesitation.

Ivan was a first-rate driver and was a pleasure to be driven by. He was helpful, professional and reliable.

Black Sea Rama is a great golfing complex. The course is challenging, the facilities excellent and the staff helpful. The restaurant is good, and the prices very reasonable.

Lighthouse needs money spending on the course. It is well-laid-out, but not maintained to the standard of Black Sea and Thracian Cliffs.

Thracian Cliffs is an extraordinary golf course, spectacular and very challenging. The 7th hole off anything other than the white tees is extremely difficult for golfers of all levels. At the moment, the facilities off the course are poor. There is a pop-up bar and barbecue overlooking the 18th green, but that serves only snacks and is open only from 13.00/18.00 hours.

Hotel Mistral was comfortable, spotlessly clean and with delightful staff, who were always prepared to help.

We shall be pleased to recommend Bulgaria, and especially pleased to recommend your office and staff.

Thanks for all your help in making our trip enjoyable and a success.

All transport, accommodation & land arrangements worked to perfection. The drivers were great & very helpful. The hotel was very good ( the fully inclusive option worked really well for us), the rooms were great & the hotel food was OK (not the high standard of outside restaurants).

All the golf courses were superb (pity about the wind) lol.

Possibly we planned our trip a bit late but that was my fault. I think we would have had a better time in the evenings if we had booked a little earlier, although I don′t think our bodies would agree. We certainly made the best of the bars (drinks were great) & restaurants (food was very good) that were still open & had a great time.

I would certainly recommend you & your company for future tours. In fact I will be contacting you in the near future for quotations for next year′s tour. We have a couple of destinations that we would like to check out . Thanks once again for your input & professionalism.
